Built 1856. Greek Revival /
Italianate.
Joshua Bragdon House. This frame house was built for Joshua
Bragdon in 1856. Designed by master builder and architect Isaac P. Smith, whose own home was located next door at 513, it combines elements of the Greek Revival and

Bragdon was owner of the New Albany Rolling Mill, which manufactured rails for railroads.
By 1907 dry goods merchant Charles
Hassenmiller and his wife Elizabeth had purchased the home. During the
mid-20th century, it was home to the Judge Paul
Tegart family.
