The Jacob Goodbub Building 219 - 221 Pearl Street	Lease for $7.75 per square foot

In 1872, Jacob Goodbub built the Italianate style building. Mr. Goodbub operated a successful wholesale and retail confectionery business in the building, using all three floors. “All varieties of candies which are manufactured anywhere in the West are made here,” the local Ledger-Stander reported in an article of April 10, 1874.
